The tours on these pages usually take only a couple of hours. They make for easy riding and feature some of the best scenery in Mayo. They all start in Westport; that's because I live close to Westport ... The tours can easily be adopted to your personal needs.
There's a link to google maps for each tour to make planning easy. The pictures are mine, unless otherwise stated.
While most main roads are in a good state of repair, this is not always true for secondary and single-track roads. Drive carefully, be prepared for surprisingly big potholes and look out for chippings. They seem to be everywhere.
Traffic on the main roads isn`t too bad. Most of the secondary roads you got for yourselves. Enjoy.
